Oslo Stock Exchange Delistings

The Stock Exchange Board has resolved to remove the following companies from the Stock Exchange list in accordance with applications received: Siem Industries Inc.: The last day of listing is to be determined by the President of the Oslo Stock Exchange, with the proviso that the last day shall not be later than 22 November 1999. Helicopter Services ASA: The last day of listing is to be determined by the President of the Oslo Stock Exchange, with the proviso that the last day shall not be later than 28 October 1999. Ark ASA: The last day of listing is to be 27 October 1999. Linstow ASA: The last day of listing is to be 27 October 1999.
