The boards of directors of Oslo Børs Holding ASA and VPS Holding ASA entered the 3rd of May into a merger plan for the proposed merger between the two companies.
Notices of extraordinary general meetings for the two companies will be sent out during week 19. The extraordinary general meetings will be held 11th of June 2007. The merger plan with enclosures and the Information Memorandum will be sent out with the notices of extraordinary general meetings. The merger plan contains the same terms that formerly have been made public.
The name of the merged company will be Oslo Børs VPS Holding.
