Oslo Børs Informasjon AS has entered into an agreement with Norsk Telegrambyrå AS (NTB) for announcements by companies with securities listed on Oslo Børs and on Oslo Axess to be distributed through NTB’s news channels. NTB is one of the leading news agencies in Norway, with a 140-year history of prompt and reliable news delivery to the Norwegian media.
“Companies that use the services offered by Oslo Børs Informasjon and our partner Cision to distribute their announcements will now benefit from wide-ranging media distribution directly to the editorial desks of a large number of Norwegian print and Internet newspapers, as well as to radio and TV channels. Distribution via NTB will be a fixed element of the services for issuers offered by Oslo Børs Informasjon, and will be included in all the solutions Oslo Børs Informasjon and Cision offer for distributing company announcements”, explains Bjørn O.
