Oslo Børs Holding Ex Dividend 18 December

Reduction in the share premium reserve for payment of an extraordinary dividend in Oslo Børs Holding ASA will be registered with the Register of Business Enterprises today, 17 December 2003. Persons who are shareholders of Oslo Børs Holding as of today will receive an extraordinary dividend of NOK 12 per share. The share will be traded ex dividend tomorrow, 18 December.

The payment date will be 29 December 2003. Divident to each shareholder will be transferred to the shareholder's bank account specified by the Central Securities Depository.
