Oslo Børs Buys Shares In The Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS)

Oslo Børs has accepted an invitation to buy 6.54% of the shares in VPS Holding ASA at a price of NOK 150 per share. The total cost will be NOK 49.1 million.

We also think it is an appropriate step to take in view of the close collaboration between VPS and Oslo Børs and our shared responsibility for the future development of a well-functioning Norwegian securities market", comments Harald Norvik, Chairman of the Board of Oslo Børs.
