Oslo Børs ASA has today bought 172,000 shares in VPS Holding ASA (the Norwegian Central Securities Depository) at a price of NOK 350 per share. The total cost will be NOK 60.2 million.
After the transaction Oslo Børs holds approximately 10% of the shares in VPS.
