Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA: Special Dividend Of NOK 10.00 Approved

The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA has, based on the mandate approved by the annual general meeting on 15 May 2018, resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 10.00 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders in Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA who are on the register on 24 May 2018.

The last day on which the shares will be traded inclusive of the right to the dividend is 24 May 2018. The first day on which the shares will be traded exclusive of the right to the dividend is 25 May 2018. The dividend is expected to be paid on 4 June 2018.
