Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA: Dividend Of NOK 2.60 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA has, based on the mandate approved by the annual general meeting on 12 May 2016, resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 2.60 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders in Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA who are on the register on 8 December 2016.

The last day on which the shares will be traded inclusive of the right to the dividend is 8 December 2016. The first day on which the shares will be traded exclusive of the right to the dividend is 9 December 2016. The dividend is expected to be paid on 16 December 2016.
