Oslo Børs: Host Hoteleiendom Lists Its First Bond Issue On Nordic ABM

Host Hoteleiendom is a real estate owner and asset manager creating value through acquiring, managing and selling real estate.

The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – Host Hoteleiendom AS 13/16– is an issue of NOK 120 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month NIBOR + 7,00 %, with maturity in December 2016. ABG Sundal Collier is the manager for the issue.
