Oslo Børs announced yesterday the decision to decommission the FIX/FAST market data feed for the equities market. The implementation date was set to the go-live date for the Millennium 9.1 release. However, based on feedback from clients we have decided to allow clients more time to implement the necessary changes, thus the effective date has been moved to Monday 8 May 2017. This implies that the FIX/FAST gateways will be switched off after market close on Friday 5 May 2017.
The following gateways will be decommissioned as 8 May 2017:
- OBE20 - Level 2 Equity Snapshot Service - FIX FAST (MBP 20)
- OBW20 - Level 2 Warrant Snapshot Service - FIX FAST (MBP 20)
- OBP20 - Level 2 ETP Snapshot Service - FIX FAST (MBP 20)
Going forward equities will only be available through the Millennium MITCH feed, whereas fixed income, indices and news will remain on FIX/FAST.
Please note that the new Sold Out-state functionality to be introduced in the Millennium 9.1 release will be available in MITCH only.
