Oslo Børs: Appeal On Violation Charge Forwarded To The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee

At its meeting on 25 September 2013, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to uphold its decision to impose a violation charge on IGE Resources ASA for breach of the duty to disclose inside information to the market and for a breach of the duty to publish a detailed stock exchange announcement. The appeal is forwarded to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.

The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved on 29 August 2013 to impose violation charges totalling NOK 865,200 on IGE Resources AB for breach of the duty to disclose inside information to the market and for a breach of the duty to publish a detailed stock exchange announcement.

IGE Resources AB has in a letter dated 6 September 2013 appealed the decision.

The Board of Oslo Børs resolved at its meeting on 25 September 2013 to uphold its decision from 29 August 2013 and the complaint from IGE Resources is submitted to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.
