At its meeting on 20 March 2013, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to uphold its decision to impose a violation charge on Intex Resources ASA for breach of the duty to disclose information to the market. The appeal is forwarded to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.
The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved on 30 January 2013 to impose a violation charge of NOK 420,000 on Intex Resources ASA for breach of the duty to disclose information to the market.
Intex Resources ASA has in a letter dated 13 February 2013 appealed the decision.
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved at its meeting on 20 March 2013 to uphold its decision from 30 January 2013 and the complaint from Intex Resources is submitted to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.
