The Board of Oslo Børs decided to admit the shares of Q-free ASA to Oslo Børs´s main list. This was on the assumption that the company carried out the planned issue as intended, and that a sufficient spread of its shares was achieved. If the spread requirements set for the main list are not met, the company will be admitted to the SMB list. The President of Oslo Børs is authorised to determine the first day of quotation, which shall be no later than 20 March 2002.
Change in assumptions
Q-free has today, 28 February, stated that the planned issue is expected to be executed at a lower price than that which underlay yesterday´s decision by the Board of Oslo Børs. The company´s liquid funds may thus turn out lower than assumed in its application, and it is accordingly uncertain whether the conditions for Oslo Børs´s decision are met. Renewed consideration by the Board of Oslo Børs may be necessary. Oslo Børs aims to clarify this matter without delay.
