A certain newspaper today reported that Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (OSE) reached a basic agreement with Japan Securities Dealers Association on buying shares in Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc.
However, such decision has not been made.
OSE will promptly announce when it makes any decision that should be disclosed.
