Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd (OSE) resolved that it would purchase common shares of Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. by Tender Offer at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on November 18, 2008. The Tender Offer commenced on November 19, 2008 and was completed on December 17, 2008. The overview of the results of the Tender Offer is given below.
As a result of the Tender Offer, the subject company will become a consolidated subsidiary of OSE as of the settlement commencement date (December 25, 2008).
