Osaka Securities Exchange: Regarding Today’s Comment By Chairman Of Japan Securities Dealers Association

Today, the Chairman of JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) released a comment regarding the sale of shares of the Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc.. (http://www.jsda.or.jp/html/oshirase/danwa/c071227.pdf)

Regarding this issue, OSE considers this comment as the result of the through discussion by the special committee meeting of JSDA.

With through hearing of the surrounding situation and etc. from JSDA, OSE plans to deal with this issue hereafter from a view point of creation of efficient and reliable market.
