OSE will make partial amendments in related rules and regulations in connection with the integration of cash equity markets with Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and clearing organizations with Japan Securities Clearing Corporation, and the entrustment of self-regulation related services to Tokyo Stock Exchange Regulation after the integration of cash equity markets.
OSE sought public comments from January 31, 2013 to March 1, 2013 on "Developing Rules and Regulations in Connection with the Integration of Cash Equity Markets with Tokyo Stock Exchange (Draft)" and "Developing Rules and Regulations in Connection with the Integration of Clearing Organizations with Japan Securities Clearing Corporation (Draft)" in this regard. After analyzing public comments received, the drafts will be implemented as proposed.
