The term of office for all members of the Board (11 Directors) will expire at the conclusion of the 11th General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 21, 2012.
Accordingly, at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 15, 2012, OSE resolved that OSE would propose an election of following 11 candidates for the member of the Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
