Ten executives’ term will expire at the end of the 9th annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to take effect on June 22, 2010.
In accordance with this, OSE has resolved taking an issue about an informal appointment of 11 candidates for board members to the above shareholders’ meeting in the board of directors' meeting on May 18, 2010.
