Osaka Securities Exchange Co, Ltd. (the "Company" or "OSE") hereby announces that the Tender Offer for Shares of the Company commenced by Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. (the "TSE Group") as of July 11, 2012 (the "Tender Offer") was completed on August 22, 2012, and the TSE Group has announced the result of the Tender Offer, per the attached.
The Company also announces that as a result of the Tender Offer, it is expected that the parent company and the largest shareholder as the major shareholder of the Company will change as of August 29, 2012, as follows:
