Osaka Securities Exchange: Additional Acquisition Of Subsidiary - Jasdaq Securities Exchange (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary)

Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (OSE) made Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. (Jasdaq) its subsidiary by a Tender Offer last year. OSE has 761,000 shares (76.1% of outstanding shares) of Jasdaq.

Now OSE is pleased to announce that it has decided to acquire the additional Jasdaq’s shares as follows:

Japan Securities Dealers Association and eight other shareholders
