On February 17, Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (OSE) agreed to accept 500,000 first preference shares (amount: 100 million yen) by a third party allotment of new shares of Osaka Securities Finance Co., Ltd. at the Board of Directors meeting held today (February 17).
The OSE feels assured that Osaka Securities Finance will continue to manage loan transactions smoothly as OSE’s appointed securities finance company.
