Osaka Exchange: Revisions To Selection Criteria, Etc. For Security Options Contracts In Connection With Simplification Of ETF Consolidation Procedures

The "Act on Partial Amendments to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc." (Act No. 45 of 2013) will be implemented on December 1, 2014. In connection with these revisions, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. will revise its rules to simplify the listing procedures for consolidation of ETFs.
In relation to these revisions, Osaka Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "OSE") will make necessary revisions to the handling of the selection criteria, etc. for security options contracts in the case of making a new ETF to be listed in connection with ETF consolidation underlie the security options contracts.
