Osaka Exchange: Certification Received From CFTC For TSE Mothers Index Futures

Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has certified under CFTC Rule 30.13 that TSE Mothers Index Futures may be offered or sold to U.S. persons, at the end of CFTC business day of July 11, 2016 (U.S. EDT).

Upon OSE’s plan to launch TSE Mothers Index Futures on July 19, 2016, OSE has requested for certification to the CFTC in order to expand opportunities for the investors.
