OneChicago, LLC today announced that 51,821, security futures contracts traded at the Exchange in February. Open interest stood at 211,867 contracts February 27. Each single stock future contract is equivalent to 100 shares of the underlying stock or exchange-traded fund.

The top five security futures products by volume in February were:

  • McDonald's Corp. (MCD1C)
  • Intel Corp. (INTC1C)
  • Emulex Corp. (ELX1C)
  • Walt Disney Co. (DIS1C)
  • QUALCOMM Inc. (QCOM1C)
The Exchange has a total of 110 products: 95 single stock futures, including futures on the DIAMONDS Trust, and 15 futures on the Dow Jones MicroSector IndexesSM.
