OneChicago: Philip Morris Companies, Inc. ("MO/MO1C") Name Change To: Altria Group, Inc.

The New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") has informed OneChicago that Philip Morris Companies, Inc. ("MO/MO1C") will change its name to Altria Group, Inc., effective for trading on Monday, January 27, 2003. The stock and futures symbols will remain the same. No adjustment to the MO/MO1C futures contracts will be made to reflect this name change.
