OMX: Futures And Options On ISS A/S

On March 29, 2005, EQT, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners etc, submitted a tender offer for ISS A/S. The offer period expired on May 3, 2005, and the companies behind the offer have announced that they have reached a satisfactory acceptance level among the ISS shareholders to implement the tender offer.
