OMX Derivatives Markets: Futures And Options On D/S Torm And Trygvesta

On February 1, 2006, OMX Derivatives Markets will introduce futures and options on D/S Torm and TrygVesta.

The new products will be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange with a contract size of 100 underlying shares.

The contracts will expire on the third Friday in March, June, September and December the longest term being nine months. On the day of introduction, contracts are thus opened with expiry on March 17, June 16 and September 15, 2006.

The option contracts are standardized American options with delivery of the underlying shares upon expiry or exercise. The futures contracts are standardized with daily settlement and delivery of the underlying share on the day of expiry.

Danske Bank will quote prices in the contracts.
