OMHEX Nomination Committee

At the Annual General Meeting on March 19, 2003, chairman Olof Stenhammar announced that he, in consultation with the companies' major shareholders, would appoint a nomination committee prior to the 2004 Annual General Meeting.

The following have been appointed to this committee:

• Eva Halvarsson, Director, the Ministry of Industry, Employment, and Communications;
• Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, Executive Vice President & CFO, Nokia;
• Tom Ruud, Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, Nordea;
• Olof Stenhammar, Chairman, OM HEX AB (Convener);
• Marcus Wallenberg, CEO, Investor AB.
