OM Technology Subsidiary Orc Software To Be Listed

In an earlier press release from Orc Software, subsidiary to OM Technology, Orc Software announced that it will be listed on OM Stockholm Exchange O-list on October 19, 2000, according to plan.

At the listing, OM Technology will sell 2,5 million shares of its total of 8,5 million shares, which will result in a capital gain of at least 250 million SEK. OM Technology will stay on as long term owner and will continue its close co-operation with Orc Software.
