OM Technology Sells POMAX Customer To Birka

OM Technology and Birka, Sweden’s third largest power supplier, has signed an agreement for the delivery of OM Technology’s POMAX Customer system. The system is scheduled to be ready for use by Birka Marknad and Birka Nät with effect from November this year.

Birka has carried out an extensive evaluation of the POMAX Customer and we expect to see increased efficiency and improved customer service when we start using this system. The POMAX Customer system has been developed for the market of the future; with widening industry boundaries and different products collected within one product portfolio. The system will play an important part in Birka’s process of creating value for our customers and owners, explains Lars Gustafsson, Head of Customer Service for Birka Marknad.

The POMAX Customer helps players in the power sector to increase their competitive edge through increasing the efficiency of products, customers and different types of invoices, comments Knut H Johansen, President for OM Technology Energy Systems.
