OM Sells Shares In Orc Software

OM today sold 500 000 shares of its approximately 5 million shares in Orc Software, the electronic trading and risk management software company listed on Stockholmsbörsen.

The sale will result in a capital gain of SEK 75 million and means that OM will decrease its ownership in Orc Software from approximately 34 per cent to 31 per cent.

OM remains committed as long term owners to Orc Software.
