OM And HEX End Arbitration Proceedings

Helsinki Exchanges Group Ltd Oy, the parent company of the HEX Group, and its wholly owned subsidiary Helsinki Exchanges and OM have jointly agreed on terminating the arbitration proceedings at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce that commenced on June 30, 1999.

This decision enhances the possibilities for future cooperation between the two companies.
