Yukos is the second largest fully-integrated oil producer in Russia with proven reserves of about 11.8 billion barrels (approx. 1.6 billion tons) and a daily output of more than one million barrels (approximately 15 percent of total Russian oil production), of which 45 percent are exported to Europe and Asia.
Yukos has market capitalisation of 11.2 billion euros and a free float of 22 percent.
