NZX Timing Announcement - 2011 Full Year Financial Results

NZX advises that its preliminary 2011 full year financial results will be released pre market on Monday, 20 February 2012.

NZX intends to hold the 2012 Annual Meeting of shareholders on Monday 30 April at the NZX Centre in Wellington; further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
