The record date to determine entitlements to the issue was Friday 30 May 2003. Rights will commence quotation under the code NZXRA on Wednesday 4 June 2003, along with all existing head shares under the code NZX.
The Prospectus for the combined rights and IPO issue was registered on June 3, Tuesday 3 June 2003, and is expected to be sent to all existing shareholders on Monday 9 June. It will also be available on the NZX website (www.nzx.com) once registered.
