NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises that it has redeemed 509,524 NZX ordinary shares pursuant to the terms of the New Zealand Exchange Limited Chief Executive Officer OP Scheme.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue has decreased as a result of this redemption; the number of NZX ordinary shares on issue following redemption is 120,836,530.
