NZX recently hosted an IPO Masterclass in Auckland. The presentation slides from the event are attached.
The CEO of Moa Brewing, Geoff Ross, discussed the Moa story and the opportunities and challenges of listing on NZX.
In addition, Forsyth Barr Head of Investment Banking, Guy Williams, and Chapman Tripp Partner, Roger Wallis, discussed the IPO process itself.
The workshop was attended by owners and managers of a diverse group of private Auckland companies.
