Under Listing Rule 10.4.5(j) NZSX listed companies (excluding overseas companies) are required to include in their Annual Report quantitative data on the gender breakdown of the Directors and Officers at the financial year end and including comparative figures for the prior financial year end.
The table below summarises the aggregated data for all companies that released their gender diversity statistics to the market in the three months ended 31 December 2014. The full year figures reflect the total data disclosed in the period between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2014, compared to the prior year. There are differences in the companies that comprise the two sets of data due to differences in the timing of releases as well as listings/delistings that have occurred during the periods.
