NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises of the conversion and subsequent quotation of 3,765 NZX employee restricted shares into NZX Limited fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results.
The total number of NZX employee restricted shares on issue is now 454,840. The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue is now 263,919,546.
