NZX advises that it has redeemed 148,456 NZX employee redeemable shares (Restricted Shares) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the Plan).
The total number of NZX Restricted Shares on issue is now 2,281,959.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains 268,315,689.
