NZX advises that it has issued 65,795 NZX employee redeemable shares (Restricted Shares) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the Plan).
The total number of NZX Restricted Shares on issue is now 2,430,415.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains 268,315,689.
