NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises that it has redeemed 810,952 NZX restricted shares pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results.
Following this redemption, the total number of NZX restricted shares on issue under the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results will be 1,276,131.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result of the redemption, the number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at 253,756,483.
