NZX has today released a Consultation Memorandum in relation to proposed amendments to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules (“Rules”) for public consultation.
The proposals are aimed at improving aspects of the Tribunal’s operation; the most significant change relates to the structure of the Appeal Panel.

The closing date for submissions is 14 March 2014.
