New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) announced today the issue of $200 million debt securities for Sky Network Television Limited on the NZDX Market.
The Sky Network Television Bond issue is brought to market by ASB Securities Limited as Organising Participant with ANZ Institutional as joint Lead Manager.
NZX Head of Products Geoff Brown said, “The NZDX Market has been one of New Zealand 's best kept secrets. It's encouraging to see a broader range of Market Participants bringing products to this market.” Earlier this month capital raised on the NZDX Market this year passed $2 billion.
The NZDX Market's strong performance run this year has also delivered benefits to investors. “Thanks to these sorts of initiatives, investors can now access a greater range of quality debt products,” said Geoff Brown.
The Sky TV Bonds were quoted on the NZDX Market under the security code SKTFA at 10am today.
