NZX advises that market that, as a consequence of the decision by AXE ECN shareholders, announced today, to wind up AXE ECN as a company, there will be a non material payment made to NZX by the other shareholders.
NZX wrote down the entire value of the investment in AXE ECN to zero in June 2009.
