New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) announced today the issue of $75 million of debt securities for Fidelity Capital Guaranteed Bond Limited on the NZDX Market.
The Fidelity bond issue is brought to market by Westpac Institutional Limited as Organising Participant with Westpac Institutional Limited and First NZ Capital Securities Limited as joint Lead Managers.
Fidelity Capital Guaranteed Bond Limited announced on 21 February that although the offer did not close till 30 March, firm allocations had already exceeded the $75 million Bonds on offer.
NZX Markets Development Manager, Geoff Brown said, βThe NZDX Market is a great place for investors to access reliable and transparent fixed interest investment opportunities. NZDX products are in strong demand, as seen by the uptake of this Fidelity debt issue.β
The Fidelity Bonds were quoted on the NZDX Market under the security code FDY010 from 10am today.
