The NYSE members also approved several changes to the Exchange’s Constitution designed to strengthen governance and further separate the Exchange’s marketplace and regulatory functions. There were a total of 1,369 eligible votes held by members in good standing as of the meeting date, consisting of 1,365 regular members, three physical-access members, and two electronic-access members (one-half vote each). There are 951 lessor members. Of the lessor members, 265 are affiliated with member organizations. The unaffiliated lessor members consist of retired members, relatives of deceased members, estates, and others who have never been affiliated with members.
