Executive Vice President Promotion
- Louis Pastina, Market Development
Mr. Pastina was senior vice president, Market Development and Hybrid Market Product Manager. Mr. Pastina is co-lead manager of the NYSE Hybrid MarketSM. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for the competitive positioning and, on March 1, trading floor operations for the NYSE Group. Mr. Pastina, who joined the NYSE in 1983, reports to the president and co-chief operating officer.
Senior Vice President Promotions and Appointment
- Susan F. Axelrod, Chief of Staff, NYSE Regulation
Ms. Axelrod has served as chief of staff to the chief executive officer, NYSE Regulation since 2004. Ms. Axelrod acts as NYSE Regulation’s liaison to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory organizations, and is responsible for developing and enhancing other relationships within NYSE Regulation’s operations. She joined the NYSE in 1989 and reports to the chief executive officer, NYSE Regulation.
- Lisa Dallmer, Exchange Traded Funds, Global Corporate Client Group
Ms. Dallmer had been vice president, Exchange Traded Funds. Managing the NYSE Group’s efforts in exchange traded funds and indexes, Ms. Dallmer oversees listings and product development for ETFs and related products trading on NYSE and NYSE Arca. She joined Archipelago in 2001 and reports to the executive vice president, Global Corporate Client Group.
- Susan E. Light, Enforcement, NYSE Regulation
Ms. Light had been vice president, Enforcement, NYSE Regulation with responsibilities including managing an Enforcement department that investigates and prosecutes violations of SEC and NYSE rules and regulations. She also manages the Enforcement division’s preliminary investigations unit and case-management system. Having joined the NYSE in 1988, Ms. Light reports to executive vice president, Enforcement, NYSE Regulation.
- John F. Malitzis, Market Surveillance, NYSE Regulation
Mr. Malitzis was vice president, Specialist Surveillance, Market Surveillance, NYSE Regulation. His duties include surveillance of all trading at the point of sale by individual specialists and specialist member organizations. He is also responsible for reviewing and analyzing automated programs to ensure their adequacy to detect and prevent improper trading activity. Mr. Malitzis joined NYSE Regulation in 2004 and reports to the executive vice president of Market Surveillance, NYSE Regulation.
- Patrick Murphy, NYSE Arca Finance
Mr. Murphy had been vice president, Arca Finance since 2004. His responsibilities include the management of NYSE Arca financial operations. Mr. Murphy joined Archipelago in 1998 and reports to the executive vice president and chief financial officer.
- Nancy Reich, Rule Development & Technical Compliance, Office of the General Counsel
Ms. Reich manages the development, implementation, interpretation and dissemination of NYSE rules governing trading in addition to coordinating technology systems compliance for the NYSE Group, Inc. Joining the NYSE in 1988, she was named vice president in 2005 with responsibilities in Market Surveillance and most recently, the Office of the General Counsel. Ms. Reich reports to the executive vice president and general counsel.
- Gary Stein, Investor Relations, Finance
Mr. Stein had been vice president, Investor Relations, a position created during the NYSE/Archipelago merger in 2006. He will continue to be responsible for managing relationships and communication with shareholders and the investment community for NYSE Group, Inc. Mr. Stein joined the Exchange in 2004 and reports to the executive vice president and chief financial officer.
- Robin Weiss, Investor Relations, Global Corporate Client Group
Ms. Weiss is responsible for recruiting initial public offerings and structured product listings. In this role, she works with the corporate management in coordination with the venture-capital, buyout and investment-banking communities. Since joining the NYSE in 2001, Ms. Weiss was named vice president, Investment Banking Services in 2004. She reports to the executive vice president, Global Corporate Client Group.

- Richard M. Dapcic, Corporate Audit
Mr. Dapcic had been managing director, Corporate Audit and is responsible for the management of the internal audit and information technology audit functions. Mr. Dapcic, who joined the Exchange in 2000, reports to the senior vice president, Corporate Audit and Regulatory Quality Review.
- Anne Giviskos, Controller Shared Services
Ms. Giviskos had been financial controller since 2004. Responsible for the oversight of financial integration, Ms. Giviskos works closely with SIAC and manages other integration initiatives within the NYSE Group. She reports to the executive vice president and chief financial officer.
- Martin Goldman Member Firm Regulation, NYSE Regulation
Mr. Goldman, had been chief counsel, Member Firm Regulation, NYSE Regulation since joining the company in 1976. He serves as an advisor to NYSE Regulation management on a range of matters pertaining to NYSE Group member firms. Analyzing the interrelationships between federal securities laws and SRO rules, Mr. Goldman assists Regulation staff in identifying and addressing industry issues and market structure matters. He reports to the executive vice president, Member Firm Regulation, NYSE Regulation.
- Theresa Molloy, Marketing & Sales Support, Global Corporate Client Group
Ms. Molloy had been managing director, Marketing and Sales Support, Global Corporate Client Group since joining the NYSE in 1999. As a liaison between NYSE Group and its customers, Ms. Molloy is responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships with listed companies, research firms and other constituencies. She reports to the executive vice president, Global Corporate Client Group.
- Mark Schaedel, Market Data Products
Mr. Schaedel previously managing director, Market Data Products, is responsible for the creation and introduction of new market information products. Joining the Exchange in 1999, Mr. Schaedel works closely with various buy and sell-side firms, market data vendors and other data technology companies to ensure the availability and distribution of NYSE Group data products. He reports to the senior vice president, Market Data Services.
- Joy Weber, Enforcement, NYSE Regulation
Ms. Weber had been managing director in the same division, responsible for investigating and prosecuting violations of federal securities laws and NYSE rules by NYSE members, member organizations, and their employees. She also manages NYSE Regulation’s Training Committee, working with the SIA and other industry groups to create effective education programs. Ms. Weber joined NYSE Regulation in 1989 and reports to the executive vice president and chief of enforcement, NYSE Regulation.
- Li Wei, Research
Ms. Wei was managing director and senior economist, Research. In developing highly analytical research on NYSE Group market quality and market activity, Ms. Wei has published several research papers in industry journals demonstrating the NYSE’s leadership in execution quality. She joined the NYSE in 2002 and reports to the senior vice president & chief economist, Research.
- Jack Winter, Technology, NYSE Arca IT
Mr. Winter had been director, Information Technology since he joined Archipelago in 2005. Tasked with managing NYSE Group capacity planning activities and systems testing, Mr. Winter reports to the executive vice president and chief technology officer.
