Niederauer, NYSE Euronext President and Co-Chief Operating Officer, will participate in the UBS Global Exchanges Conference in London on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. London time and 3:45 p.m. London time, respectively. Mr. Theodore will appear on a panel entitled “Globalization of the Markets and Exchange Sector Impact”, and Mr. Niederauer will appear on a panel entitled “Transatlantic Market Developments”.
